ReprintMe aims to have us print calendars on our failed printouts aka misprints. A nice concept and a beautiful single page site to accompany it.

My two favorite things about the Google TV site are a) the unusually dark color scheme for a site like this one, especially coming from Google, and b) the awesomely executed focus on the contents, making it very compelling to have a closer look at what this technology is all about.

The Cuban Council celebrates the new year in the best way possible, by launching an incredible redesign of their own website. Browsing their projects is more fun and way more revealing than before. If this site and its contents doesn't impress you, I'm pretty sure nothing will. The Field Guides are a very nice touch, too. And don't forget to take a look at their incredible identity work for Quora and Facebook. Via @kylebragger.

MailChimp recently launched a brand new site design. Overall I think this is very impressive. Especially the way they've managed to make something unique while at the same time keeping it clean and elegant. @obox has posted some criticism about the way they communicate what they do, and I partially agree with this. Still, a wonderful site design both visually and functionally. I have to take a look at the "logged in" view.

Christopher Meeks' portfolio site makes use of a huge background image with a minimalistic and very focused interface. I'm in love with the way he's concentrated all the information into a small area in the middle of the screen. It has forced him to strip away everything that is unnecessary. A great, little site.

This beer website is outstanding for a couple of reasons. First of all it's exceptionally beautiful thanks to all the awesome illustrations. Secondly, it's got a very neat way of navigating/sorting/browsing the various contents. This is an interesting concept that made me spend more time on the site than I normally would.

Juanma Teixidó is not only a great friend of mine, he's also one of the best designers around. His latest venture is a brand new Design Studio simply called Teixidó. From following the progress of the site design on Dribbble, I've been very eager to see how it turned out. I definitely wasn't let down by the finished product. In fact, I find it to be one of the best designed studio sites of 2010. The identity is strong, it's extremely beautiful and they've also done a great job with the contents.

Styleboost regulars Emil Bonsaksen and Anthoni Giskegjerde and the rest of the team at I&M have done a great job with the recent redesign of their website. I really like what the grid, the use of white space and the typography throughout.

Nokia rarely does anything that catches my eye. But with the launch of the MeeGo/Qt powered N9 I have realized that the Finnish company is actually able to "get" some of what's wrong with their usual lineup of phones. In fact, what I found most impressive with the launch was the very well done UX Guidelines site. This looks to be a great tool for UX designers looking to build apps for the N9. Well done, Nokia. Apple has tweaked their website in a way that deserves some attention. Basically, the main change is the excellent new black(-ish) navigation bar, but there are also some other very nice changes.
