FujiFilm presents a very nice Forest friendly gallery/infosite. It's a project that is designed to promote environmental consciousness in an energetic, yet tender manner. Superior navigation, striking photography and elegant typography.

Mainly listed here due to its unusual and powerful visuals and colors, the user experience isn't half bad either. This one is sure to stick to your [visual] memory. My only complaints are the speed of transitions (gets boring after a short while), and the choice of music.

The navigation on this one is exactly what I would refer to as bizarre. You pick up plastic figures of one or more family members and place them inside the room you're interested in learning more about. Real wild and very nice at the same time.

With his portfolio, Matthias Hoene shows us that pixels and pop-ups are still alive and kicking. And, what is more, with the retro look of the site I find this to actually work pretty well. This one is here for its pixels and cute arrogance.

I guess I haven't visited many good looking webshops until today. Here's another one, and it's even better. This one is actually close to perfect functionality-wise. It really works, and it's really one to copy for all of you who are developing web shops.

Joshua Davis's fingerprints are all over this one. It's client work for Houston, Texas based 808 inc. I like the way he's able to use his trademark style and Flash/XML components in different ways that are different, but not too different.

Dario's work is always inspiring and beautiful, and with his latest additions even more so. His style is complex, without drawing attention away from the core of the work. An unusually talented designer and filmmaker, but most of all an artist!

Computer liebe! Kraftwerk's site has been around for a long while, but it's still just as cool as any radioactive flash site.

Color me Badd, the use of green on McCoy is styletastic. That goes for the cool navigation in the bottom right corner too. This is the real McCoy (who didn't see that coming?)

Here is a (relatively) old site. But as it is one the great classics (according to me), it has to be included in this index. Make sure to check out the first link (safeplaces).
