Suitmen entertainment is a Japan/US based creative agency. Their site is here for three reasons. First of all, it's a beauty. Second, it's making sweet, sweet use of Google Analytics for generating this beauty. Third, and last, there's some great work in their portfolio.

Brian Jeremy Kupetz's personal blog/portfolio is designed with a great color-palette and some interesting illustrative details. I love how he's taken the design of the site into the backdrop of the photo. The huge background image works great. A fun and playful design.

Taking on the role of Nike recently, Microsoft has started delivering some of the most exciting Flash sites on the web. They're all very different and very creative and makes great use of the capabilites of Flash. If you're going to use Flash, you should go all the way like they're doing with this site. I also think they're taking the cheesy color scheme of Vista in a good direction with Surface.

Watch the latest Music Video from your favorite artists. Get up to date Celebrity and Music News. See episodes of your favorite MTV Reality Show. The redesigned MTV.com is now a completely different and much better user experience. Bringing in consultants like Dan Cederholm to make sure they're on the right track tells me that the team behind the new site knows what they're doing. Their theming system named MTV HATS makes sure that hot designers give the site a fresh and varied look and feel. This is a great online makeover of one of the biggest media institutions in the world. Refreshing stuff. Via SimpleBits.

Osaka, Japan based 3D-animator and designer of sorts Toshiyuki Kuwabara's portfolio is a wonderful site to add to the Styleboost directory. The layout and colors are outstanding. This goes for the 3D characters throughout the site. As much as I like this site, I would still rather see it done as a pure html/css site instead of all Flash.

The third most popular site this week on DesignCharts is a great flashfolio. It's a combined audio/visual experience filled with slick transitions and great use of colors.

IMAKETHINGS is the home of a Japan-based illustrator from the UK. I'll just let the amazing graphic works speak for themselves. Amazing!

A glossy flashfolio from Stockholm-based Lifelike features some delicious water-fx. Quite simply a nice site. Another thing that makes this one stand out from the lot, is the fact that they've added a very nicely designed html page with the highlights from the Flash version. Kudos to Lifelike for taking the time to do this.

Heiko Klug's portfolio is filled to the rim with delicious artworks. Still, what struck me about his showcase, is how cleanly it is presented. There's not a lot to do here. Just turn the pages, and browse through this sweet, little portfolio. The navigational technique is definitely not a new idea, but why should you reinvent the wheel every single time. Sometimes it should just be as simple as this.

Finally Oslo's own Yokoland have a home to call their own online. Their style is unique and their techniques are a joy to behold. Humor and cut-and-paste make their work some of the freshest in the world right now. They're not really web-designers, which I think shows from this website. Still, the site's got lots of personality, and speaks very well for the wonderful, wonderful works on display.
