Fluoro is a digital design agency with a focus on (and talent for) Flash and motion. Of all their work, their own site is what stands out the most, in my eyes. Not only is the site a looker, it is also shows that Flash based sites like this do not necessarily need to be frustrating to navigate. It's slick and intuitive. A true beauty.
I liked too. The navigation it's simple and easy to understand like Erik said. It's a easy and objective site.

I think the navigation makes this site. The contents great and orange strip to the left makes the site a little different. Very nice.

Love the orange on dark grey contrast! Navigation elements are layed out sensibly; the site is easy to understand without being boring. I like it.
