This time they're going all out with a complete solution for keeping in touch with your friends. Share your videos, music and more, all in a a beautiful, customizable and sexy interface.
Don't think VIRB will have any chance agains www.facebook.com . Perhaps for musicians, but not for everyday people..

good design, but the idea is behind the site is not so clear. your target audience shouldn't be searching for the service. "Search anything" will that make any sense? imagine i am very new to this site.

I enjoy the "remove customization" feature.. although pages aren't really that customized.. :P Something MySpace should really think of implementing ASAP!

I love it. It is MySpace for the design set: and that is just fine by me. I'd see the coolest of the cool using Virb rather than MySpace or FaceBook -- or Linked in ;-).
I hope it retains it's design pretensions and doesn't go chasing the big crowd.
I'd like to see more support for writers though: poetry, short stories, etc. A Blog format isn't always what you want.
