Based in Washington D.C., nclud is a small web development/design agency you should keep an eye on. All the details are right on this one. The subtle use of colors, the minimalist layout and yet the attention to details make this one a feast for your eyes.
Still — it is just so clean! Got to love it :)

If i am not mistaken, this site is from some of the guys that do CSSBeauty. Good clean site, but i was still expecting better, because these guys have done some great work. Still 8/10 Good work
