"Space Collective.org is a cross-media information and entertainment channel for post-ideological, non-partisan, forward thinking terrestrials." That quote pretty much sums it up. Oh, and it's all wrapped in a pretty, pretty interface. I believe this is a site I will spend much more time with in the future.
I really like how Folkert has integrated the video play back on the home page. It's seamless (as with most all work by superfamous). The idea behind this reminds me of writing by Ray Kurzweil. I've started my account, the features are nice and simple, and I especially like the use of the Rich text editor and it's simple and easy to use design. Can wait to see this think mushroom.

I like this very much. They've understood the multimedia / ideogrammatic nature of the browser and utilised it to support a very sophisticated editorial policy. It looks good, works well, networks information, allows linking to be both contextual and usable and delivers multimedia elegantly to the page.
This is the web used as well as it can be.
