Norwegian web designer duo Emil Bonsaksen and Christer Austad launched their lovely portfolio earlier this week. The colors, the graphics, the details and the logo. It all comes together perfectly. (The site is in Norwegian only, despite the English name.)

First thing I noticed is that the layout has no left-margin (Windows/Firefox). In 1024 there will be minor side-scrolling, which is one thing, but the text and logo graphic are pressed against the side of the browser window. It’s fair enough to design the site for a minimum of 1280, but there’s no reason to not account for lower resolution displays.

And we are working on a multi-language ExpressionEngine version of the site (it runs on Wordpress now). Soon too be released.

@Emil: I’m guessing Matthias is referring to the Norwegian language concept of “Ord delings feil”. Isn’t it supposed to be “Lindas Velværesalong”?

Client name was established before we made the website (luckily). The manager isn’t norwegian, so odds are you’re right.
