Wes West, a creative designer at Torchbox has got himself a simply beautiful single page portfolio. I guess the way the works on display are opened could have been a little bit slicker, but all in all very nice.
I’m fine with the work but that template isn’t anything new, the logo is stock (speech bubbles following off the intro below). It’s also too static, no rollover effects.
Being a creative director, is that all he has to offer?

I agree with Graham here, and it could be further improved on if he implemented a lightbox/lightbox clone for the portfolio.

Hello, I totally agree with your comments and I have now updated the site with a whizz-bang lightbox for viewing my work.
I’m keen on the idea of progressive enhancement and had always intended to add a better way to interact with the work - the important thing for me was to start with a good base on which to build.
I’ll continue to make enhancements and tweaks as they are required.
Thanks again to style boost for featuring my site.
