Review
One of my all time favorite web designers finally steps out of the dark caverns of Facebook and into the daylight to draw some fresh air - and at the same time manage to redesign his personal site. All I can say, is wow. I am left speechless by the way he has turned his site around. The individual background images of the blog posts/articles combined with the stripped down interface make for one of the best blog designs I've ever seen. Rob also use's Typekit with great success.

After taking yet another look at this site, I must say that I’m still mighty impressed. I’m also mighty impressed how you can combine your skills at designing a graphics-intensive site like this one with the excellent stripped-down designs you do at Facebook, Rob. Really, I think it’s very hard to tell that you’re involved in both, while they’re both truly excellent as far as UX and webdesign goes.
