This is insane!
I love it. Ok, it loads kinda slow, it’s full-screen etc.
I don’t give a damn! People need to stress down so if it’s slow it doesn’t matter. Their portfolio includes some great stuff. Their illustrations are wonderful. And as it’s presented here, it’s just great. To me… a classic.

Amazing site but why are the launching links on flash sites always so obscure!

Wow, awesome site.  I don’t know where to start.  It’s just a great site using everything like flash, video, audio… etc.  I just hope that I can dish out something like that once I finish school this Sep 03.

It was really good experience that only free spirits can make~

i can’t understand the rating here: there’s virtually no content, the little text is boring and once again set in that infamous unreadable light gray, and the single graphic elements don`t blend into a whole. take the bottle filling up - from UNFILLED line art to a photo - as an example. or the uninspired use of space. what do they want to say? this is purely effects over graphic effectivity. but well, the beaming frog is absolutely loveable!

I have to say I’m not that impressed. Most of the animation has no real purpose and takes for ever.  Also the intro animations are bigger than the content there showing, whats that all about?

This site is very Creative, it doesn’t need to say much, this guys know what they are doing and I feel inspired by them. I understand it might me too slow for some but worth it.

this is exceptionnal & the frog idea is well integrated ; buy DSL or cable or die.

once again, excellent tech skills with not so good portfolio

Ok, so the first page took forever too load on my adsl. But I thought, maybe they’re loading all the content. How naive of me. Probably a good site - if you have a 10 Mbit connection.

Animation exellent!!! Liquid and touchable. But I’m afraid programmer didn’t show his real skills. There’s no possibility to get back or to jump to other part of site until it loads completely. Siting on 512 kb cable still isn’t comfortable to appreciate site. Effective and attractive but not efficient. Beautiful ida with no logic.Pity.

I think it’s a great showcase of their technical skills! in this case i love it!

but the content is extremely tiny,pupy little and so in my opinion they should do a splitted site….one high bandwith super skill showcase and one user and client friendly portfolio site….

too slow for very little :( ... excelent funny animations ... excelent feeling ... BUT very slow and nothing more ... only a little of portfolio and nothing more and more “graphics” to download that the informations be found there ...

Gah! Its a brilliant display of technical ability, but abolsute lack of understanding of usability, structure or accessibiity. If I had such amazing animation/actionscript skills I would make a site that as many people as possible could use, not those with broadband & telescopic vision!

Almost ‘next level’ type of design…almost….pity about the lack of content and the “loading-part” though.

Not only a little bit slow…With 56k modem (mac-I.E.) I didn’t even manage to view the web-portfolio. But the frog climbing the icecubes was beautiful!

Real slick but not enough pay off for the wait.

A broaband treat, very different, very sleak.  I love the way the audio is synced to the randomly twitching cables.  And the frog animation is great, did they paint that frogs feet blue that they filmed dropping into the water I wonder! :)

all fluff and no content, masking poor work with flash and bang what ever happened to good design?

It’s all too common to have a flashy site with no content.  This site is no exception.  Nice ideas, nice execution, but I ask myself: is this a waste of an artist, or a waste of space?

While content/portfolio may be lacking, the aesthetic is absolutely stunning. It’s the first time in ages that something online has taken my breath away. Ok, it takes a while to load but i was mesmerised and left wanting more.

People who forget to write a title on their html-documents ( see the normal version, not the fullscreen) shouldn’t be allowed on this site.

Excellent creative work, very good idéas, a very nice frog logo.

It’s true it’s slow to load ( My connection : ADSL ) ; but i personnaly think i’m happy to wait for this.

Forced fullscreen is REALLY annoying as it makes impossible to surf other sites simultaneously.  I think the opening page actually looks more interesting than the actual site. Don’t like the reflections too much either but all in all a nice concept.

Absolutely beatiful graphics, but the flash optimisation is absolute crap. There is no content and it’s way too slow. Given the content and Flash’s excellent compression, it’s a mystery why this site is so slow. Granted there’s a wee bit video but even that doesn’t compensate for the poor optimisation. Such a shame because this would otherwise blow you away.

Very nicely made: Inspriring website - Clean but very nice technic - Fresh idea of the frog, creeping inside the cube and bottle.
One lacking: the text is too small to read, especially the one on the main menu.

Nice animation and that is about all good I can say about this site
Design is average bad use of space not consistent, not much work displayed
Overall good effort but not yet there

Simply amazing and the work is above par. Wish I could work with you guys.

The design is first rate, however, the usability is very very low. 
- The navigation should not be paralysed at any time (even during loading)
- It should also be clear what the navigation is for (clearer titles)
- The load time is a big issue (I’m in N.America—so this could be part of it), but arguably the ends justify it.
- two questions: how do I hire these guys? and what do they specialise in? (I think they’re important questions)

I agree with some of the others…style over thinking. If there is an idea in there, I sure as hell cant work it out; Ice cubes, cabling, hieroglyphic icons…and that incessant loading sequence that leads to such minimal information. Should be known as the gabo corp of 2003.

a pop-up window with “untitled document” is far from professional looking..

Reminds me of gabocorp and other ‘flashguru studios’. Make some fame with some Flash effects than disappears forever. RIP.
