Intricate and lovely, Joort Braam's digital outlet shows off some outstanding work in the field of digital illustrations. Through the use of JavaScript, Joort also makes the navigational aspects of the site experience quite different. I love his palettes.
Very nice colours and layout. I'd prefer to click and see the image of the work straight away rather than just the general information. However with such a well constructed structure which reflect great graphic design skills, I can only say well done, I love it.

I wasn't really inspired by Dstrukt. Actally this layout was done before i even saw the new dstrukt. Maybe you think i was inspired by it because of the project information before seeing the work.
I had to do something like that because of technical reasons. I use hidden layers wich are getting visible onclick, If i'd put the work there immidiatly, over 1000kb of images would be loaded. Costs way too much bandwith and loadtime.

This is simply amazing, I got carried away by this, the prints is again totaly amazing and I think you have your own very unusual style and what can I say? I love it, fresh and creative!
As far as the inspiration from dstrukt goes, so many things have been done today it's almost impossible to do anything that doesn't resamble something already done. Big ups, love your werk!

Great page Jort. Lots of cool stuff going on. But where are the websites? You´r saying new media but i can only see prints, you got one motionthing going on though.
