Easily one of the best sites I've seen in a long time. Personal portfolio/blog sites for designers come a dime a dozen, Yaron has created a remarkable combination of colors, illustrations, typography and whitespace. My favorite part about his site is how he has individually designed project page and blog post. Exquisite work.

Even though JB are my initials as well, I'm sad to not be able to claim some fame for the design of this Tumblelog. The typography and layout is great, but what really makes this one sparkle is how Jarred Bishop has made use of background images to accompany the photos. Well done, sir!

Mark Jardine is a mac loving, character sketching, picture snapping designer living in Silicon Valley, California. His tumblog tells me he loves his iPhone. He did in fact design the beautiful Tapbots interface, which bears some resemblance to this yummy tumblog. All in all, Mark pays a lot of attention to details and has a great taste for layered interface graphics.

This has got to be the most inspired and talented web agency in all of South America, and perhaps even the world. CreativeDepart is "supporting creative journeys" by spreading the good word and inspiration. What strikes me most about this site, however, is the grid in the presentation. Wonderful stuff that I hope inspires other blog-like sites.
