Despite the fact that this one is way too frustrating to navigate, it's still well worth a closer look. The animations, the colors, the graphics and the experimental combination of these make for a great experience. I really like the textures and graphics. Site by Endorfine.

The Department of Printmaking at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroc?aw, Poland, wants you to come study printmaking in English. To help convince you, they've put together quite an outstanding little promo site. I love the colors and the animated details. Playful while keeping it simple.

Perfect Fools makes Sebastien Foucan free run your text input as short video segments. A great little project that is seamlessly put together. The load isn't too heavy either, considering the amount of video transferred. Via The Designers' Monarchy.

I know this is waaaaay late to add this site, as this year's Blog Action Day was on October 15th. Still, I just realized that I forgot to add this stunning, timeless piece of beauty to the Styleboost database. One of my favorite sites of 2007. The colors, the logo, the separation of contents, the statistics, the project idea. I love it all. It's so simple and works so well.

Kokokaka is a production company located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Founded in 2001 and has since produced some of the most awarded web commercials in the world. There's probably quite a few in their portfolio that you will recall. There's no suprise that Flash is used throughout, and it works well for them. Wonderful site.

Hyperakt Design Group proudly to present the ACLU’s Ideological Exclusion website; meant to educate the public about the prohibition of entry made by the United States government to those deemed with ‘ideological’ concerns. The site features prominent and well-respected artists, writers and political figures, who have endured such exclusions by the government. They make use of local passports from around the world with great success. This is a powerful site and should be experienced by us all.

Ubisoft's highly anticipated game is not only accompanied with traditional website like most games and movies. This game also has its own "online experience", an semi-interactive video that actually is a lot of fun. Via Ars Thanea Blog.

GrupoW are back with another commercial campaign, this time aimed at selling Ice Breaker mints. The transitions are great and I especially love the way the animated hand points out the download progress and lays down mints as bullet points. A nice and playful touch.

Danish Lars Bech's portfolio is a Flash-folio filled with photographic candy. The prev/next navigation is a bit plain and low on usability for a site like this, but the rest of the presentation is a joy to behold. I love how large type is used.

Suitmen entertainment is a Japan/US based creative agency. Their site is here for three reasons. First of all, it's a beauty. Second, it's making sweet, sweet use of Google Analytics for generating this beauty. Third, and last, there's some great work in their portfolio.
