Dan Cederholm just gave his world famous SimpleBits a brand new coat. It's the same but it's different. The latest realignment by Dan is my favorite version to date. He manages to keep a lot while changing it quite radically. This time he's going for an elastic grid that scales beautifully in my browser. This has to be one of the most impressive site designs I've ever seen. Via Shaun Inman.

Bombia is a small Swedish agency that specializes in beautiful, pixel perfect icon and web design. I'd sure love to hire these guys to help me out with an upcoming project, as their attention to details and quality is world class. Their recently redesigned site runs on ExpressionEngine and is one of the most deliciously pretty tabbed designs I've seen. Ever.

Image editing for the rest of us. Well not for me, as I'm not a Mac-user. This site is close to perfection on a couple of levels. First of all, it shows us the right way to sell a product; in a clean and delicate wrapping (i.e. site). Beautiful icons and subtle, dark colors combined with striking imagery and a few strong colors. It also takes the style of Mac-related sites (I think you know what I mean by this) to their own place with delicious darkness. The way they present this software makes me really want to try it out, and I think it has a lot to do with the graphics, not the features of the program.

Infinise Design is Philipp Antoni's personal company and playground. Among his work you find some sweet Mac OS X themes, icons and wallpapers. Attention to the smallest detail, lovely illustrations, crisp pixels and smooth colors characterizes his work.

Far too young for such skills, Booby Bobby Andersen, is one hot-shot pixel-perfect interface and icon designer. You've probably seen a lot of his crisp work already. This guy's talent has been acknowledged by some major companies who've made use of his services. This is one designer I'd love to hire for a project in the future.
(Styleboost is finally back after a little too long summer hiatus. Thanks to those of you who have sent me angry emails for not adding any new inspirational links this summer.)

A few weeks ago, FireWheel launched their redesigned icon store. With ex-neubix Keegan Jones on their team, the new site was sure to be a looker with many beatuiful gradients, colors and graphic details. I'm in love with this new look, but I wish they could add some great new iconsets.

The fourth version of Mikworks is here. As before, this is in fact a tiny site when it comes to contents. The reason for linking it up here is because of the extremely high quality of all the graphics on the site, and especially the new icon sets.

Pixel icons are cool! Pixture is the biggest (and way-best) original pixel icon collection there is. It's pixellated and exactly what the world needs!
