Manhattan real estate agency coreywecler's online presence is sharp as hell. The design, layout, illustrations and navigation of this site perfectly add to the professional image of this small two-man firm. This is all thanks to Polish web agency Cookie. Kudos to them.
P.S. My favorite part of this site is how the floorplans of the properties are designed, laid out and implemented. It's so delicious.

Mix it a better world!? What the...?! No matter what this Hong Kong agency means with this, it's important not to judge a website by its tagline. Nice site, blocky and beuatiful, even though the subnavigation is way too cluttered/clumsy.

Even though it's thrown together in one seemingly chaotic pile, the work on display is surprisingly easy to access. I found it hard to really understand what I was looking at, but at the same time it gave me quick and easy access to a large amount of nice work.

Maybe it's me, but I can't seem to find very many well-designed standards compliant sites out there done without the use of Flash. Here's a goody with flawless code and completely validating xhtml/css. It's beautiful, too.
