Our good friends at Kodebyraaet have a shiny new website. It's blue, beautiful and bold, and definitely deserves a closer look. The use of Avenir is a perfect touch. It's also great to see that they are providing some well deserved space for their own products as well.

Founded in Oslo in 2006 by two siblings, the Holzweiler Agency aims to be a key distributor of quality fashion labels in Norway. Their website perfectly reflects what they are trying to achieve, in large part thanks to world class design by Bielke+Yang and flawless front-end implementation by Dekode.

Work is a world class branding and product design team located in the heart of Oslo. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that they are passionate about their work. They also have the skills and resources to do incredible work for their clients. The site is clean and elegant throughout. My favorite part is how well they communicate their work through the use of big photos, their love for their craft, as well as the fact that they're in it for the long haul.

Bleed has been one of the most important Norwegian design agencies of the past decade or so. They have always been a little bit too experimental and non-functionalist in their style for my taste, but their recent portfolio redesign is a great upgrade. This is top notch design and beautiful stuff with more than enough attention being paid to making it accessible and easily browsable — without making it boring.

SDG is one of Norway's premiere design agencies. They focus on corporate identity, packaging design and interactive design, and consistently produce top quality work. Finally this is reflected through their own website as well. Check it out, because this is good stuff!

This one here is a shameless plug for my own agency's site. However, to my defence, I would like to state that I'm super proud of the site and that I only played a minor part in the final result. It was truly a team effort, where @rovdyr and @jensen2k did most of the heavy lifting. Via @MaximeDeGreve.

Here's the portfolio of an Oslo based design agency that unfortunately has only a Norwegian language site. However, it should be pretty straight-forward to navigate for Styleboost's international audience. I love how they've managed to keep it all elegant and spacious while at the same time making use of large, easily legible type. The minimal footer is also a nice touch. As are the colors.

I love everything about Everyday Photos by young Norwegian designer/photographer Kristian Hjelle. It's a clean and simple little photo blog, and it's perfectly executed. Of course it doesn't hurt that the photos are great. With gorgeous typography and every little detail just feeling right, this makes for an outstanding little site.
The only thing I miss is keyboard navigation.

This clean new architect portfolio site by Bleed and Værsågod feels close to perfect. The color scheme is subtly brilliant. If I have to nit-pick, I think the people filtering should function on hover instead of click, and the news feed is a wee bit confusing/annoying. Via @tobiasbaeck.

Styleboost regulars Emil Bonsaksen and Anthoni Giskegjerde and the rest of the team at I&M have done a great job with the recent redesign of their website. I really like what the grid, the use of white space and the typography throughout.
