Time for another Norwegian studio portfolio. This time it's a digital advertising/production agency located in Oslo. I came across this as Magne Hage, a childhood friend of mine from Skien, sent me a tip about the new site. Magne is their 3D animator, and as far as I can tell, a truly skilled one at that, too. I really like the way The Voyagers are focussing on creating a story and "universe" around their portfolio. It works very well, even though I think they're using a bit too much Flash when they shouldn't.

The personal blog of two Norwegian students currently attending Sweden's world renowned Hyper Island. This kind of stuff makes me proud of saying that I'm Norwegian. Truly one of a kind. The use of illustrations in the design works perfectly, and the colors are priceless. All I can say is AWESOM-O.

Here's a site in Norwegian only to showcase the beta CMS Apilot from Funkpilot and Rocking Chair. Those clouds, that rocket and the overall colours are priceless.

Online portfolio of Norwegian graphic designer Gjermund Rein Gustavsen and his studio Divensis Design. I know from experience that Gjermund is a very talented and determined designer who pays a lot of attention to the very smallest details. His brand new portfolio is a treat to behold, and my only issue with his site is the heavy load of the background image and logo is fixed. Go Gjermund!

Our compadres over at Tank Design just launched their spiffy new Flashfolio. Slick transitions, clean surfaces and lots of whitespace add to the Scandinavian/Norwegian identity of the bureau. Their work deservers a closer look, of course. The only thing I'm not feeling about this one is the rather large download. But that shouldn't be a problem to most of their visitors.

Bleed's brand new portfolio site design for Norwegian architect superstars Snøhetta features a lot of flash, good use of urls, inspired navigation, beautiful details and project photos as well as a Where's Waldo-style photo of me and my family. A very well designed site that is done in Flash for all the right reasons. Thanks to Sandro for telling me about this one on Twitter.

A promotional site accompanying a group of Norwegian high school students' teen comedy film project. The site sets a great mood and features a cool ticket ordering interface with interactive seating arrangement. The color scheme is great and the illustrative details are very nice. Via Web Creme.

Norwegian developer/designer/photographer Tobias Baeck has just mashed up his various online presences into one powerful package. Strong Flickr photography, a great logo, tons of del.icio.us links, Virb, LinkedIn, etc. Essentially Tobias' blog has great attitude and stands out from your average blog. Via Web creme.

Kimm Saatvedt is a Norwegian photographer based in Oslo, the city where I'm located as well. Several of the previous installments of his personal portfolio site have been on Styleboost before. The latest version is no different, and definitely deserves a closer look. The all flash interface works well on a 1280 pixel wide screen as well as on my personal setup, a 1920 pixel wide screen, as it scales the work to the screen size. The navigation is simple and easy to use, while at the same time doing it a little bit different from the others. A nice detail to accompany the amazing photos.

The official site of the Norwegian, royal castle. This includes sections for every member of the family and more. I have to warn you, however, this site is not brand new. Still, I find this site to be worth a visit, as I find it very elegantly done and unique in the world of "royal web design". As my friend, Geir Arne Brevik, pointed out, this site makes excellent use of quality photography.
