I love the way Ricardo lays out his portfolio in one long page in a greyscale wrapping. The works stand out as the works of art they truly are. Too bad the site makes extensive use of popups instead of slick Lightbox overlays, and tables instead of more correct semantic markup. Still a very good example of a well laid out portfolio with a tasteful design.

GrupoW are back with another commercial campaign, this time aimed at selling Ice Breaker mints. The transitions are great and I especially love the way the animated hand points out the download progress and lays down mints as bullet points. A nice and playful touch.

One of Norway's most talented young designers over the past few years, Eirik Seu Stokkmo, has new work on display in his portfolio. I wish the portfolio was either a bit more straightforward (e.g. no popups) or a bit more over the top. Still, there's more than enough to drool over in the design and logo sections.

Belgian photographer/director Kurt Stallaert's excellent portfolio sadly makes use of a fullscreen popup to show off his top notch work. It even tries to force a fullscreen popup on its visitors. I'm sure this is going to leave many potential fans leaving before they even take a look at what he's capable of creating. Too bad.

An unusual interface designed and implemented in Flash. The site isn't here on Styleboost™ because it's so beautiful, but rather because the navigation is so different. I both like it and dislike it at the same time. Figure out that one.

Designmash is a small UK based product design agency. Their Flashfolio is outstanding in the way that it incorporates an intuitive as well as unusual navigational system. There are prev/next arrows as well as a 'Home' button available at all times. Nice color scheme, too.

Another high tech Flash site from South Korea (I presume). What strikes me as strange is the mix of English and Korean. Very strange, indeed. It's even stranger than how Danish people speak. The site boasts some cool effects to show off the power of IMAX.

This site features one of the best and most intuitive navigation interfaces that I've ever encountered in a photographer's flashfolio. On top of that, the site is crisp, the photos are fresh and the text is perfectly sized to read. This is top notch work.

"Death in Sakkara: An Egyptian Adventure" is an online adventure game developed for BBC by our friends over at Preloaded. The implementation and development of this game is of unusually high quality. I'm in awe.
